Hi. I’m Jaime. I’m new to raw food and the blog scene. I’m a stay-at-home mom from Satellite Beach, FL. I used to be a professional caterer, and cooking interesting food has always been relatively easy for me. I love the challenge that uncooking presents, not to mention the incredible health benefits!
